The Law Office of David C. Jones, Jr., P.C. was founded with the goal of providing the high quality legal representation expected from a large firm coupled with the responsiveness and value associated with a small firm.
The firm's primary practice areas are Criminal, Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13), Civil Litigation, Small Business, Real Estate, Juvenile, and Traffic (Drunk Driving, Reckless Driving, etc.)
The firm is committed to the concept of value based billing. Whenever possible, bills are based on a flat fee, rather than on an hourly rate. The firm believes that it is best for clients to know the cost of their legal matters up front. In cases where I do bill on an hourly basis, I do my best to estimate the costs involved so clients can make an informed decision before proceeding with their case.
